YMCA Day Camp is an adventure in outdoor living for youth ages 6-12. Camp provides opportunities for personal growth and group spirit in a safe, fun, and supportive atmosphere. Children are involved in games, crafts, and theme related activities planned specifi cally for their age group.

• Hours: 7am - 6pm
• 8:1 camper to counselor ratio
• One fun filled field trip per session
• Campers swim twice a week
Kick Off to Summer - Session 0
Dates: June 2-6
Campers attending schools that have an earlier summer break can attend this special one-week kick off to summer session! This session is available at Yulupa school only.
Field Trip: Scandia
Space Odyssey - Session 1
Dates: June 9-20
3,2,1...Blastoff! Get ready for an otherworldly adventure as we launch into another exciting week of camp. Join us as we discover new worlds, look for space aliens, and explore the “final frontier”.
Field Trip: Chabot Space Center
Blast from the Past - Session 2
Dates: June 23 - July 3 (No Camp July 4)
Join us as we go back in time to relive some exciting decades and “rock around the clock”. Enjoy sock hops, hula hoops, tye dying and skating ...the “decade's fever” will make you bop till you drop!
Field Trip: Cal Skate
Island Adventures - Session 3
Dates: July 7-18
Sail away with us for a week in tropical paradise. Campers will have a blast as we heat things up island style and take part in tropical adventures, crafts and games galore.

Super Heroes & Cartoons - Session 4
Dates: July 21 - August 1
Have you the power to save the world from destruction? Have you an outfi t made of lycra? If so, this is the session for you! Join us for a fun-fi lled camp as we celebrate our favorite super heroes & cartoons!
Field Trip: Snoopy!!! The Musical
Beach Bonanza - Session 5
Dates: August 4-15
Break out the sunscreen and get ready for a beach bonanza! Campers will take part in wet, wild, and wacky activities and head to the sea shore for a day of sand castles & fun in the sun.
Field Trip: Doran Beach
Splish Splash! - Session 6
Dates: August 18 - August 22Water, water, everywhere...water balloons, water brigade, water color tag! As the summer heats up, we’ll cool you down Y Camp style with plenty of songs, crafts, games, and soaking wet fun!
