RESULTS
As you work with your trainer, you will notice improvements in your fitness level. Some
improvements will be small (stairs won't seem to make you as breathless). Some of the
improvements will be expected: "Hey, I really have increased the weight I am using during
my workout!" Some progress will be a welcome surprise: "I haven't lost weight on the scale
but my clothes seem to fit better!"
